Mushka Poster Idea

This is a "rough" idea for a poster for my film Mushka by Peter Moehrle. Train travel is an important part of the film, and this image certainly represents that. Peter did refine this design according to the visual style of the film. I will post that image soon.

We are currently deep into effects as well as final color, I couldn't be happier. Everything is looking amazing!!

  3. Hi Andreas, I worked on the typeface used for the title on this sketch! (Here it is in my portfolio: https://typesupply.com/portfolio/house-gothic-23) If you'd like some lettering drawn specifically for the poster, please get in touch: https://typesupply.com/contact. I'd *love* to help. I've been a huge admirer of your work since the late 80s.

    2. Ha! Back in my tweens to teens, I studied on my own to be an animator. There was a great book published circa 1990 that had interviews with the young greats—Deja, Keane, Henn, Baxter and lots more. (I wish I could remember the title of that book.) I've been following the interviewees ever since, even after my occupational interest slightly diverged. Few things delight me as much as remarkable draftsmanship in rough animation drawings. I love what Andreas does with his blog and I can't wait to see his movie!

  5. The suspense is killing me! Can you give an idea of when you'll likely have Mushka ready to present to the world?
